In the trenches

All collaborative ministries have access to the WhisperRoar One Voice emblem to place on their website and marketing material showing a united stance against human trafficking. WhisperRoar uses the media to encourage support of those ministries with the One Voice emblem.

Your donations and prayers support the work of this community and its ministries.

Imagine an online Christian community where individuals go deep and grow strong in faith while working with ministries actively combating human trafficking and joined by Christ-centered businesses. This is WhisperRoar.

The Specific Strategy: Walk with individuals to go deep and grow strong in faith; work with ministries to combat human trafficking; and fuel the engine that funds our vision.

Ministries - Imagine the release of power when Christ-centered ministries join as One Voice in combating human trafficking. It is the roar heard around the world, changing lives, communities and nations.

WhisperRoar works with ministries to combat human trafficking
    • Create technology to harmonize individuals, ministries and businesses
    • Provide tools for collaboration that enable individuals, ministries and businesses to become more effective agents of change
    • Collaborate with projects that focus on three main areas:
    1. Legal assistance, law enforcement and local government – Education and collaboration between these entities in local communities will drive out human traffickers.
      • Laws must be changed to enforce less tolerance than currently exists in this horrendous industry that shatters lives for the sake of financial gain for evil people.
      • Law enforcement must learn to recognize the difference between a criminal and someone coerced into a becoming a victim.
      • Local officials must assist in changing the culture of a community by raising the awareness to the reality of human trafficking.
    2. Rescue and Restoration - Victims of human trafficking need to be rescued and restored. They are victims of a crime who find themselves forced into a life of degradation and pain. They are to be treated with utmost respect and dignity.
      • Rescuing involves many aspects that include negotiating the terms of release; accepting victims into a safe place as a result of a police raid; intervening to assist the children of women victims as their mothers work in a brothel; and numerous other creative and innovative ways in which precious souls are being rescued.
      • Restoring involves many aspects that include providing a place of safety; medical care; counseling; literacy training; spiritual development; vocational training; care workers for children of women working in brothels; hospice care for those dying of AIDS; and numerous other creative and innovative ways in which precious souls are being restored.
    3. Prevention - Providing safe homes and communities happens by earning the trust of those vulnerable to human traffickers.
      • Prevention involves bringing adult awareness to the subject of human trafficking so that such an atrocity is never accepted in a community; providing literacy and vocational training; providing medical services; providing spiritual outreach; and numerous other creative and innovative ways in which precious souls are prevented from ever experiencing the evil of human trafficking.

Ministries operating in Christ-centered holistic approaches to combat human trafficking, that collaborate on specific projects, are more effective than when acting alone. Hear the roar!
